Faiz Couture Shipping & Delivery Policy
We partner with Aramex to deliver your order safely and on time across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders to the UAE and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman).
Estimated Delivery Time
- United Arab Emirates: 2–4 working days from order confirmation.
- GCC countries: 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays or customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery with Aramex.
Returns for GCC Orders
Orders shipped outside the UAE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review our size chart before ordering, or contact us on WhatsApp for help choosing your size. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel due to product availability or parcel weight.
Shipping Restrictions
Faiz Couture does not ship to any country or region restricted under UAE law or U.S. OFAC sanctions.
