Exchange and Return Policy

We want your Faiz Couture gown to reach you in perfect condition. Please read these terms before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Exchanges (different size, colour or gown)
- Within 7 days of delivery, for orders delivered within the UAE only.
- Exchange fee: AED 30, which covers collecting your gown and delivering the new one.
- Subject to stock availability. If the new gown costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

2. Returns (refund)
- Within 7 days of delivery, for orders delivered within the UAE only.
- Return fee: AED 50, deducted from your refund.
- If the gown does not suit you or you change your mind, this is not a defect, and the return fee applies.
- Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receiving the gown, to your original payment method. Orders paid with Tabby or Tamara are refunded through Tabby or Tamara.

3. Discount codes and store offers
Orders that used a discount code, or were bought during a store offer, cannot be refunded. They can be exchanged only, under the exchange terms above. Any price difference is paid by you or refunded to you.

4. Conditions for any exchange or return
- The gown is unworn, unwashed and has not been altered or shortened.
- All original tags are attached and the original invoice is included.
- There are no traces of perfume, make-up or use.
- Altered gowns: any gown that has been altered in any way (shortened, taken in, let out or otherwise modified) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faiz Couture may refuse any gown that does not meet these conditions. It will be sent back to you at your cost.

5. Orders outside the UAE (GCC countries)
We offer free shipping to all GCC countries. Due to high international shipping costs, orders shipped outside the UAE are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check our size chart before ordering, or contact us on WhatsApp at +971 54 714 5179 for help choosing your size.

6. Defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. For orders within the UAE, we cover all shipping costs and offer an exchange or a full refund, including for discounted orders. For orders outside the UAE, we will work with you on a suitable solution.

How to request an exchange or return
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+971 54 714 5179) or by email (support@faizcouture.com).
2. Send your order number and the reason, with photos if the gown is defective.
3. We will arrange a pickup with our courier.
