Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our garments, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for any return or exchange request.

Discounted or sale items are eligible for exchange only during the sale period; refunds are not applicable for sale items.

Products purchased as part of a multi-buy offer must be returned in full to be eligible for return or exchange.

Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Perfumes or beauty items (if sold) can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted internationally; this policy applies only to orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or direct bank transfer after the returned item passes a quality check at our warehouse.

Refunds typically take 10–14 working days from the date we receive the return.

Delivery and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For Mada card refunds processed more than 14 days after the purchase date, please allow up to an additional 4 weeks due to bank processing timelines.
How to Return an Order
Registered Customers:

Log in to your Faiz Couture account.

Go to My Account > My Orders.

Select the order, then click Return/Exchange.

Choose the items and reason for return, then click Submit.

Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. A return label will be provided at pickup—no need to write an address.
Guest Customers:
If you checked out as a guest, please contact Faiz Couture customer support to initiate your return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 10–14 working days.
