At Faiz Couture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are pleased to offer a convenient and customer-focused return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our garments, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for any return or exchange request.
  • Discounted or sale items are eligible for exchange only during the sale period; refunds are not applicable for sale items.
  • Products purchased as part of a multi-buy offer must be returned in full to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Perfumes or beauty items (if sold) can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted internationally; this policy applies only to orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Refund Process
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or direct bank transfer after the returned item passes a quality check at our warehouse.
  • Refunds typically take 10–14 working days from the date we receive the return.
  • Delivery and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For Mada card refunds processed more than 14 days after the purchase date, please allow up to an additional 4 weeks due to bank processing timelines.

How to Return an Order


Registered Customers:
  1. Log in to your Faiz Couture account.
  2. Go to My Account > My Orders.
  3. Select the order, then click Return/Exchange.
  4. Choose the items and reason for return, then click Submit.
  5. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. A return label will be provided at pickup—no need to write an address.
Guest Customers:
If you checked out as a guest, please contact Faiz Couture customer support to initiate your return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 10–14 working days.

Exchanges
  • If you'd prefer an exchange: Please contact our customer support team.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange processing time is the same as refunds and will be completed once the original product passes our quality check.
